I visited Belle for facial hair removal on Friday, April 19th, at 12:30 pm. Although I've undergone similar procedures for years, this was my first waxing session here. Unfortunately, the waxing at Belle's resulted in a severe burn on my lower face. The urgent care clinic doctor mentioned that the cloth was likely removed too aggressively, causing skin damage.
I typically refrain from leaving feedback. Developed an eye issue post lash treatment. The customer service was excellent when contacted, issuing a refund. Tomorrow, I must miss work due to my swollen eye. Opted to have them removed elsewhere to avoid returning. This situation is truly frustrating and ill-timed. I will schedule a doctor's appointment.
