My recent visit was a letdown, a loyal customer for years. 5th Ave spot made changes, moving the studio downstairs to the shopping area. They removed comfy chairs for both clients and brow specialists, impacting the end result. No privacy, all eyes on you from inside and outside. Studio now near elevator and their storage, constant foot traffic, loud and uncomfortable. No waiting area, standing only. Unhappy about the change, couldn't wait to leave. After 5+ years, won't return. Hope those responsible see this, losing long-term clients for comfort, privacy, and top-notch service. Disappointing.
Missed my appointment but Emma squeezed me in due to a no-show. Kind and professional, made my brows look amazing and gave advice on growing them out for my wedding. Will book with Emma again. Convenient location and time slots for busy schedules.
Desired a new look, clueless, found a helpful lady at Anastasia Brow Bar. What a transformation! Doing my brows wrong, too far apart, no arch, drooping down.
