I visited Aura on Park for a color touch-up and I was thrilled with the results. The stylist understood my vision perfectly. The overall experience was great, and I left feeling extremely satisfied. Will definitely return!
Upon arrival, the hairdresser gestured for me to wash my own hair at the sink. A different stylist (a man) then aggressively washed my hair. He instructed me to take a seat, roughly sectioned my hair, and combed through it harshly, causing pain and tangling. No detangling products were used. He made a few wet cuts and said he would finish after drying my hair.
