I frequently visit this place for my upkeep appointments and the team is consistently kind and helpful. My usual gal Magen (who is truly fantastic in every way) has been suggesting a facial cleanser for a few months now, and today I decided to give it a try. At the checkout, we encountered some pricing issues because I was buying the smaller bottle, but the system only showed the larger size, priced at $40, while the bottle I had was labeled at $16. So, I was charged $40, but was assured that the manager would address it, and it did get sorted out. Less than 10 minutes after I left, I received a call confirming the refund. I value a business that acknowledges a mistake and rectifies it promptly. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful, even when I had queries about my refund receipt. Every employee here is consistently cheerful and inviting, and I eagerly anticipate my monthly visits; prices are also reasonable! If I could, I'd give it 100 out of 5 stars! The best spot in town for top-notch care with a staff that goes the extra mile!

Undoubtedly the most tranquil day of my life. I indulged in a day at Mason Wells and enjoyed their SOLO ESCAPE package. Upon entering, a young lady warmly greeted me and gave me a detailed tour of the spa. She explained everything thoroughly, making me feel truly welcome. Following a visit to the hydro lounge, I received a massage from Jenni, a facial by Jasmin, and a manicure and pedicure by Yuri. It wouldn't be fair to say that all these experiences were equally delightful. It would only be fair to say that each of these ladies is incredibly skilled at what they do. I was initially skeptical about being able to unwind, as I don't allow myself to do so often enough. However, during my treatments, each of these women knew precisely what I needed at that moment. There were moments of great conversation, but also peaceful silence during my massage and facial, allowing me to truly embrace that self-care time. I highly recommend Jasmin's circadian rhythm facial. My skin was radiant, and my tired eyes looked refreshed in the mirror. Yuri, my nail technician, is a lovely individual with a delightful attitude. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations, and my manicure and pedicure were pure bliss. Jenny provided an exceptional massage that truly helped me relax and clear my mind. I felt incredible as I left Mason Wells Day Spa. If you're seeking a relaxing way to spend time or an entire day, I wholeheartedly recommend booking with each of these ladies for a heavenly experience.

Since its opening, I've been treating myself to spa days and visit every month. Elainie is my go-to for all my hair removal, brow tinting, and facial needs. When I require knot relief in my back, I turn to Lori. I've also had services with Magen, Avery, and Emma. You really can't go wrong! I adore unwinding in the hydrotherapy lounge before my facials and massages. It's a fantastic way to unwind and kick off the pampering! Those saunas and the cold pool are my absolute favorites, and I could spend all day there!!! It's even more enjoyable to bring a friend along to share in the experience. I highly recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed!
