I frequently visit this place for my upkeep appointments and the team is consistently kind and helpful. My usual gal Magen (who is truly fantastic in every way) has been suggesting a facial cleanser for a few months now, and today I decided to give it a try. At the checkout, we encountered some pricing issues because I was buying the smaller bottle, but the system only showed the larger size, priced at $40, while the bottle I had was labeled at $16. So, I was charged $40, but was assured that the manager would address it, and it did get sorted out. Less than 10 minutes after I left, I received a call confirming the refund. I value a business that acknowledges a mistake and rectifies it promptly. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful, even when I had queries about my refund receipt. Every employee here is consistently cheerful and inviting, and I eagerly anticipate my monthly visits; prices are also reasonable! If I could, I'd give it 100 out of 5 stars!
