My visit to Trilogy Spa was truly delightful! The ambiance was peaceful and tranquil amidst the lively atmosphere of Manhattan Beach. I relished the infrared sauna session and sipped on refreshing peppermint tea before my massage. The deep tissue massage delivered by Justin was unparalleled, ranking as the finest massage I have ever received, and I am quite discerning! Despite having undergone numerous bodywork sessions in my life, the post-massage feeling was astonishing. My discomfort has vanished (even days later, still no discomfort), and I was completely transported to another realm. The experience far surpassed my expectations. Treat yourself to a visit to Trilogy; they certainly possess expertise in their craft!
I am extremely let down! My sibling and I underwent treatments here and were thoroughly dissatisfied with our overall experience. The advertised "sauna" turned out to be a small at-home sauna barely accommodating 2 individuals and frequently malfunctioning. During my hydrafacial, a significant portion of the time was spent on my nose, yet it remains heavily congested. My skin is now irritated, red, and uncomfortable. As for my sister, she opted for the Korean facial, but they neglected to even cleanse her face properly! Instead, they applied a mask and left it on for a lengthy 45 minutes. I am uncertain about the value of what we are paying for. I am so upset that I am on the verge of tears due to the poor condition of my skin.
My massage with Paula was exceptional! My body was burdened with stress and tension, but Paula's massage effectively alleviated those issues. The spa was immaculate and aesthetically pleasing, and I wholeheartedly recommend scheduling a massage with Paula.
