They should always seek permission from clients before making such moves. While it didn't bother me, it could certainly disturb others. For instance, if a female client prefers to keep her bra on during the massage, that choice should be respected. Overall, I find the staff at these establishments lacking in professionalism, likely due to their lack of formal education or certification. They often have limited English proficiency, if you're fortunate. I only visit when truly bored, but it's advisable to avoid such places. Paying $60 to an untrained individual to simply rub their hands on you, plus a $20 tip for an hour, is not worth the risk of injury or disrespect.
