My body had been compensating continuously, leading to various but interconnected pain points over the years. During the session, I felt at ease and secure in the supportive and calming atmosphere. Subsequently, I was guided on what to anticipate in the following days as my body adjusted to this new alignment, with follow-ups to ensure my well-being.
