I've had 2 regrettable experiences for the only 2 times I've visited this place, and now I can't endorse this spot at all. During my recent visit, my lip was pierced unevenly. I'm not well-versed in piercings, so I trusted that the piercer would be skilled. However, they omitted using the clamp for some reason, which struck me as odd, but since I was assured by the reception that both piercers have 40 years of combined experience, I didn't dwell on it. Looking back, I'd assume that after a long time of doing the same thing, mistakes are bound to happen. I don't even have a cleft lip or anything, so I'm shocked they botched it. I shelled out $70 and had to remove the piercing due to its visible unevenness. It was very disheartening, and the studio stated they don't offer refunds, only to have it redone by one of the piercers, both of whom I had negative experiences with. They were unwilling to refund me regardless, and it's disheartening because $70 is a substantial sum. They assured me they would "make it right" (whatever that means) and then ignored me. Edit: The establishment responded and inquired about the other experience. I had my lobes pierced and selected earrings that kept slipping out, causing the piercing to get infected. I gave up on it, let it heal, then re-pierced it myself. It healed perfectly fine. That's over $100 wasted. I'm sorry, but I won't be trusting these individuals again!!
Dylan is fantastic!! Brought my kitten Luna in and everyone adored her. The team cuddled her while I was getting a new eyebrow stud put in. Brought my friend Alex for a birthday cartilage piercing. I love the crew there!!! My next visit will be to cover up a small tattoo on my wrist. I mentioned to the team "I'll return with Luna soon." They said they'll be eagerly awaiting! I reside in Idaho and wouldn't choose any other place!!! They truly deserve a million stars!⭐x million.
