Following a change in ownership, my recent visit to NEIWH left me disappointed. The therapist I had lacked warmth and failed to deliver the deep tissue massage I requested. Despite my request for more pressure, it was not accommodated. Moreover, my scheduled hour-long session was cut short to just 45 minutes, with no feedback sheet provided. At $35 per hour, plus an expected gratuity, the experience fell short of its value.
