Lesson learned. Wait until the redness and swelling diminish before evaluating the outcome. During the healing process post-threading, the brow shape may appear distorted due to swelling. Once the redness and swelling subside, the true shape will be evident.
I underwent eyebrow threading and upper lip threading. Upon inspecting my eyebrows afterward, I noticed a significant portion of my arch had been removed. I confronted her about the error, to which she insisted that "I arrived in that state." I was taken aback by her refusal to acknowledge her mistake. I presented her with photographic evidence of my eyebrows prior to the service. She then claimed there was no manager available to address the situation. I firmly informed her that she must locate one. I made it clear that I would not be paying for such unsatisfactory service. Her lack of professionalism and sudden memory lapse regarding the entire service was truly startling.
The youthful individual working at the establishment should consider resigning as her performance is subpar... I phoned today to inquire about the schedule of the other more experienced individual, and she responded by stating she is unaware, suggesting I call daily until I locate her. My eyebrows were botched by the former and now only the latter is permitted to tend to them... yet, I fail to comprehend why she cannot simply provide me with the other lady's schedule... utterly exasperating. Prior to the arrival of this new individual, the seasoned lady operated solo, and I encountered no issues until I allowed this new individual to handle my eyebrows one day.
