Visited the store on 10/19 hoping to receive help picking a few items. The first employee who asked if I needed help directed me to where I could clean off the makeup I had tried on my arm. I then mentioned I was searching for the best match for my skin tone. She smiled, said oh, and walked away. I thought perhaps she didn't hear me. I returned to my search where employee 2 inquired if I needed help. I replied yes, stating I was looking for the right makeup to match my skin. She proceeded to yawn and walk off. I was taken aback by this. At this point, I decided to leave the store and go elsewhere. Perhaps just a rough day at this location. Definitely a negative experience for me.
Petya is exceptional! I experienced her services about 6 years ago as well. The facial was superb, incredibly relaxing, engaging conversation, and the establishment was lovely.
