The setup here is quite impressive. I walked in and was served promptly. My nail polish is still intact. The customer service was satisfactory. No complaints from me. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
Oh my goodness, I am absolutely blown away by the incredible job Sam (pronounced like "Same") did. They were so efficient, thorough, and kind, and delivered exactly what I wanted for my nails. The salon was impeccably clean as well. I will definitely be returning!
My experience here was extremely disappointing. The individual who attended to me did a haphazard job, starting half an hour late despite my 12pm appointment. The service felt rushed, resulting in a sloppy manicure. I tried to negotiate with the manager for a price adjustment, but by the time the service was completed, I had to leave. The manager only offered a $5 discount for the poor service. I am very dissatisfied and demand a full refund. This lack of regard for customers is unacceptable. Despite this, I still left a 20% tip based on the original service cost, but firmly believe that a refund should have been provided. Instead of rectifying the situation, the manager inconvenienced me further by suggesting a return visit. My schedule is packed, and I expected them to deliver quality service initially. A refund is what I seek, not a revisit. This experience was subpar.
