I have been frequenting this nail salon for over three years now. Usually, Tiffany does my nails, but I have tried others as well, and they all deliver exceptional results. I have never left disappointed. The consistency in the quality of service is what keeps me coming back.
I recently moved to TX and was on the hunt for a new nail salon. A friend recommended US Nails to me, and I am so glad she did. I was able to secure a same-day appointment, which was convenient. The nail technician paid close attention to the pictures I showed her for reference and executed the design flawlessly. I am thrilled with how my nails turned out and will definitely be a returning customer. Looking forward to trying out more services!
Absolutely dreadful experience. I visited this salon seeking a bit of self-care, but it turned out to be quite painful. The technician was rough, causing me pain on multiple fingers. One of my fingers even started bleeding. While she did express remorse and apologize, the overall experience was far from positive. Despite having made an appointment, I had to wait for 20 minutes before being attended to. The cleanliness of the salon was also questionable. I had booked a $35 dip manicure but was charged $40 plus tax without explanation. Feeling uncomfortable and with throbbing nails, I chose not to raise the issue and just wanted to leave as soon as possible. 😭🥹
