I've visited this place twice now, and the staff is always friendly and skilled. My trims have been consistently satisfactory.
My experience today was disappointing. The stylist insisted on using products I didn't want on my children's hair, despite my preference for natural ingredients. She also disregarded my request to avoid heat styling. I felt disrespected and unheard.
The haircut I received was much shorter than requested, leaving me feeling upset and dissatisfied. The stylist acknowledged the mistake but it doesn't change the fact that my hair is significantly shorter than desired. I am seeking resolution from the manager or owner.
