Since Leigh departed, this establishment has undergone a transformation. My child and I were loyal patrons, but after today, we won't be returning. I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get a haircut and a light brown color at 10 am, lasting until 11:50 am. However, they didn't finish with her until 1:30 pm. We arrived at 9:45 am. Despite knowing we traveled from Texas, they didn't have the courtesy to inform us about the delay. They repeatedly claimed it would be another 25 minutes, only to extend the wait each time. On top of it all, they charged us $85 previously for the same service, but this time it was $150.
