I was recommended to Alex a few years ago by a friend. I had let my self-care routine slip for a while, including neglecting my hair. When I first visited Alex, my hair was very long and thick. I left feeling like a new person, and it was affordable. Since then, I have only gone to Alex! The salon is on the first floor of what looks like a house from the outside, but it's very clean inside. Alex is kind and easy to talk to. One thing I appreciate is that if I want something different or have a small issue with my haircut, she is understanding and tries to accommodate my preferences. I usually give her a general idea of what I want and trust her expertise. If there's something I'm not happy with, she values feedback and works to make it right until I am satisfied. Her prices are very fair. Despite not advertising, she has plenty of customers due to word of mouth, showing her dedication to customer satisfaction.
