Following a change in ownership, my recent visit to NEIWH left me disappointed. The therapist I had lacked warmth and failed to deliver the deep tissue massage I requested. Despite my request for more pressure, it was not accommodated. Moreover, my scheduled hour-long session was cut short to just 45 minutes, with no feedback sheet provided. At $35 per hour, plus an expected gratuity, the experience fell short of its value. I merely gave it two stars because the individual was exceedingly courteous and the pricing was quite reasonable. However, she hurried through my nails. It only took her about ninety minutes and the outcome reflects that. This occurred on Friday and my nails already appear in need of a refill. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this establishment. It's simply a waste of money to have someone rush through your nail care. I've been frequenting the Goffstown Supercuts since they opened. It’s been so lengthy. I can't recall maybe about a decade or two. I never get an attitude or sense like somebody is toiling all the people there always make you feel like they're having a good time they enjoy what they do, and they all do a great job. I've had 2 regrettable experiences for the only 2 times I've visited this place, and now I can't endorse this spot at all. During my recent visit, my lip was pierced unevenly. I'm not well-versed in piercings, so I trusted that the piercer would be skilled. However, they omitted using the clamp for some reason, which struck me as odd, but since I was assured by the reception that both piercers have 40 years of combined experience, I didn't dwell on it. Looking back, I'd assume that after a long time of doing the same thing, mistakes are bound to happen. I don't even have a cleft lip or anything, so I'm shocked they botched it. I shelled out $70 and had to remove the piercing due to its visible unevenness. It was very disheartening, and the studio stated they don't offer refunds, only to have it redone by one of the piercers, both of whom I had negative experiences with. They were unwilling to refund me regardless, and it's disheartening because $70 is a substantial sum. They assured me they would "make it right" (whatever that means) and then ignored me.
Edit: The establishment responded and inquired about the other experience. I had my lobes pierced and selected earrings that kept slipping out, causing the piercing to get infected. I gave up on it, let it heal, then re-pierced it myself. It healed perfectly fine. That's over $100 wasted.
