I recently stopped by this nail salon and had a truly outstanding experience! The team welcomed me warmly and made me feel right at ease. I've visited twice this past month and received excellent service from Alex. Very attentive and skilled, extremely friendly and clearly passionate about their work, minimal English proficiency though. First time getting a massage, and likely the last. Scheduled a 1-hour deep tissue massage. Arrived on time, and the masseuse was ready to start. While lying on my stomach, I requested not to have my feet massaged due to ticklishness. Visited in Nov 2023 after seeing an ad on a "spa finder" website promising a "body-to-body" massage experience with "young Asian individuals." Both claims turned out to be false. Payment in cash was demanded upfront. The room where the service took place (accessed through an interior door) resembled more of a storage closet, cluttered with various items and drapes that did little to conceal the mess. Despite feeling hesitant, I proceeded with the service due to existing soreness. The therapist delivered a mediocre massage, seeming to follow a routine without personalization, limited English proficiency, and significant pressure for a hefty tip towards the end of the session.
