Initially, the individual was quite harsh during the nail care session. My fingers suffered minor cuts from the rough nail filing. The application of acrylic was excessively thick, leaving my nails tender and sore after the service. While the design was as requested, the attention to detail was lacking, with visible air pockets creating holes in the design. Moreover, the technician did not allow the first coat of colors to dry properly before applying the second coat. It was evident that she displayed a lack of concern, as she was more engrossed in watching a soap opera.
