I visited this hair salon recommended by a friend. Originally from Texas, I decided to give it a try. The wait was not too long when we arrived. What struck me was being the only one waiting to be served. The young lady bid farewell to her previous client and then seemed to be waiting for someone else to arrive. After a few minutes, she called me over. I requested a fill and a replacement for my manicure, opting for acrylic over gel. She appeared confused. While selecting a nail color and returning to the table, the young lady did not engage in conversation with me. Instead, she kept looking around me as if expecting another customer. This behavior persisted throughout the nail service. I also opted for a pedicure. I paid nearly $60 and left a $20 tip. However, I still have smeared nail polish, a tender finger where the replacement was placed, uneven nail lengths, and leftover polish under my nails. While I understand people can get busy, when a paying customer is present, the focus should be solely on them. I've received better service in Orlando's less affluent areas than here. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
My experience here was quite disappointing. During my first visit, I had a full set done, and none of my nails matched in terms of length, width, and thickness. Additionally, two nails were noticeably lopsided. The pedicure was also uneven, with work on the right foot incomplete compared to the left. I will not be returning to this salon.
Within just four days of getting gel nails done, they cracked and broke. It was a waste of money. I have been getting my nails done since I was 17, and this was the worst experience by far. My nails have never looked this bad before.
