AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The service here is abysmal on all fronts. During my visit, I requested a simple toe painting, but the staff seemed irritated, mistakenly thinking I wanted a pedicure. Despite their error, the technician proceeded, displaying clear annoyance and rushing through the process. My toenails were uneven, and when I asked for them to be filed straight, the technician became frustrated. She abruptly left, leaving me with another staff member who did not improve the situation. Some nails were left partially painted, and there was a messy application of polish on my skin.
I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The price for these nails was $50, and it was solely for the almond shape I requested. Unfortunately, there was nothing unique about the design, and no special preparation was done on my nails beforehand. When I asked for them to be fixed, they suggested I come in for a touch-up. However, upon my return, they only filed the nails and insisted they were perfect. I requested a redo or a refund to seek proper service elsewhere, but they refused both options. A reputable business should prioritize customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly. It is evident that customer care is not a priority here. These are the worst nails I have ever received, and I urge others not to waste their time or money at this establishment. The staff was also unfriendly.
My second visit here was equally disappointing. The technician disregarded my requests, using excessive force with the drill, resulting in burns and deep cuts around my nails. Furthermore, they exhibited rude behavior, speaking negatively about clients in their native language. Using Google Translate, I understood the disrespectful comments made about me. I have no intention of returning to this establishment due to the appalling customer service.
