I have been seeing Kiera for the last 2.5 years and I absolutely adore them! They are so efficient, skilled, and great to chat with. Recently, when I needed a Saturday appointment, I was assigned Iliah who was outstanding! They were incredibly kind and if they hadn't mentioned they were relatively new, I wouldn't have guessed. They did exceptionally well. I also appreciate the center manager Mandie, I have interacted with them before and all I can say is that EWC is incredibly fortunate to have them.
Sarah was fantastic. I have visited many of these locations across the nation and this was by far my top experience. I adore my eyebrows and I opted for an eyebrow tint upgrade from her which turned out wonderfully too.
I have been a patron of European Wax Center for a couple of years now. The first time I visited, my initial wax was complimentary, and subsequent waxes were pretty good until they weren't. There was a point where I almost stopped going altogether and started looking for a new salon. However, I decided to give them one last chance and booked my wax with Annica. She is what turned around my entire experience. She was so warm and engaged in delightful conversation throughout the waxing session. She was very meticulous and left no hair behind. She made me feel at ease during a time that is usually uncomfortable even with a kind person. It was such a transformative experience that I even tipped her a bit over a third of the total cost of my wax. European Wax Center would have lost me as a client if it weren't for Annica. Trust me, when you visit for a wax here, ask for Annica. I have also heard that Sesha is exceptional. My sibling visits her and always praises her experiences. So, if you ever need a wax, you know who to request.
