I went to have my nails and toes done. The basic gel polish on my toes turned out perfectly. However, the acrylic nails I wanted were a disaster! The nail polish application was atrocious, and I only noticed how terrible it was once I stepped out into the sunlight. I spent a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes there. Despite being the first customer, they continued to attend to others before me. I was passed on to three different technicians just to have my nails done. It was evident that they were solely focused on making money and tried to fit in as many clients as possible. Most of my time there was spent waiting for someone to file my nails, followed by waiting for another technician to come and paint them. A complete waste of my day. If you want great toes, this is the place. We had a fantastic experience collaborating with Terrame! Riley was so accommodating and easy to work with to make all our arrangements. We used the corporate wellness room for a virtual meeting event for two days and highly recommend the space! Using the monitors and internet connection went smoothly, and the space accommodated 14 of us comfortably, even allowing us to divide the tables to engage in several breakout sessions simultaneously. The room is stunning - from the adjustable lighting to the natural light from all the windows, and very pristine. I made a decision to visit this salon after browsing through their impressive work on the online photo gallery & I must say, my expectations were exceeded! I entered, waited for about 30 minutes, explained to my nail technician that I desired Valentine's Day-themed nails & she absolutely nailed (pun intended) the task! Initially, I had a silver glitter in mind for the ring finger, but she introduced me to some new color glitter polishes they had received, so we opted for one that matched the pink I had selected. She took her time, was extremely helpful, allowed me to try out 5 different pinks to ensure I chose the one I liked the most, and was gentle. This was one of the best first experiences I've ever had, and I will definitely return for a touch-up when needed! Definitely worth the drive from Chicago🙌🏼
PS- I chose not to mention the technician's name because I observed & listened to all the technicians while getting my nails done, and everyone did a fantastic job with happy clients leaving the salon!
