I went to have my nails and toes done. The basic gel polish on my toes turned out perfectly. However, the acrylic nails I wanted were a disaster! The nail polish application was atrocious, and I only noticed how terrible it was once I stepped out into the sunlight. I spent a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes there. Despite being the first customer, they continued to attend to others before me. I was passed on to three different technicians just to have my nails done. It was evident that they were solely focused on making money and tried to fit in as many clients as possible. Most of my time there was spent waiting for someone to file my nails, followed by waiting for another technician to come and paint them. A complete waste of my day. If you want great toes, this is the place. However, their nail services are abysmal.

Do not squander your money! From the moment I sat down until the technician finished painting my toes, my pedicure lasted only about 25 minutes, if even that long. The foot scrubbing and leg massage lasted a mere 10 seconds each. After selecting a color, the technician began painting my toes, only for me to realize it was the wrong color. She went back, fetched another color, and once again, it was incorrect. Finally, after the third attempt, I chose a different color, which turned out to be the right one. Throughout my pedicure, she answered the phone two out of three times. Furthermore, two-thirds of my toes had bubbles in the polish, prompting me to return the following morning when they opened to have it corrected at no additional cost.

My most dreadful experience ever. I was on a business trip, and this establishment was conveniently located near my hotel. I should have done more research before visiting. I requested service, and they failed to inform me about the long wait for a nail technician. Despite this, they promptly seated me in a nail chair. The first technician filed my nails, and that was the extent of it, followed by another wait. The second technician filed my nails again and proceeded to work with acrylic. It was evident that he lacked expertise in working with acrylic, resulting in a thick, shapeless application that caused discomfort to my fingers. He reassured me by saying, "Don't worry, we will shape this later." A woman then took over the job from him, tasked with reshaping my nails. I felt sorry for her as she seemed to be the only one with any semblance of nail artistry in that establishment. Despite her best efforts, the excessive acrylic and lack of shape made it impossible for her to salvage the job. She kept apologizing, fully aware of the poor work done by the previous technician. In the end, I halted the service before getting any color. I shouldn't have paid for such subpar work, but I did so and left. A complete waste of time, money, and painful experience. The worst service ever! Avoid this place at all costs.
