I made a decision to visit this salon after browsing through their impressive work on the online photo gallery & I must say, my expectations were exceeded! I entered, waited for about 30 minutes, explained to my nail technician that I desired Valentine's Day-themed nails & she absolutely nailed (pun intended) the task! Initially, I had a silver glitter in mind for the ring finger, but she introduced me to some new color glitter polishes they had received, so we opted for one that matched the pink I had selected. She took her time, was extremely helpful, allowed me to try out 5 different pinks to ensure I chose the one I liked the most, and was gentle. This was one of the best first experiences I've ever had, and I will definitely return for a touch-up when needed! Definitely worth the drive from Chicago🙌🏼 PS- I chose not to mention the technician's name because I observed & listened to all the technicians while getting my nails done, and everyone did a fantastic job with happy clients leaving the salon! Luxe is the place to go!

I got a full set done and had my toenails painted. The service was exceptional, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Tony did my nails, and I absolutely adore them!! I can't wait to return ☺️

I visited this salon based on the high reviews, but I am truly disappointed with the service I received. I arrived at 2pm for a manicure and pedicure. I requested white/clear French tips for both. My toenails ended up pink instead of clear. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to cause any trouble, as long as my fingernails looked good, I thought I would be satisfied. I explained my preference, but encountered red flags throughout the process. I still can't comprehend how they planned to give me white tips without actually providing WHITE TIPS. If my nails don't turn out the way I want, I will be upset every time I see them. I might even cry. I will be constantly upset if I have nails that don't meet my expectations. I asked for a very basic request, white/clear French tips, square with a slight rounding at the end, just enough to avoid a sharp point. The lady at station 8 made them completely round, and when I expressed my dislike, she continued. Even after I told her that only 2 nails were too rounded for my liking, she persisted. I mentioned it again when another lady came to assist, and she did exactly what I had described. It was exactly what I wanted! The original lady then said, "Ohh okay," and proceeded to shape my other nails. I reiterated that I wasn't pleased, and that I only liked the shape done by the other lady. I was dissatisfied with every other nail. I had been there since 2pm, and it was now 4:33 pm, with only disgustingly shaped nails and no further progress. Just incomplete nails. I had hoped to tip generously, expecting high quality and excellent service. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon, and I will never recommend them to anyone, nor will I ever return. Why aren't my nails being fixed? I don't even want to pay the full price for this terrible experience. Unfortunately, they will not be receiving a tip from me, which disappoints me because I had every intention of tipping generously. BEWARE !!!!!!!
