AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I asked for curtain bangs with layers, but the stylist clearly had no idea what she was doing. The haircut ended up looking terrible, with uneven sections and poorly done bangs. She disregarded my preferences and gave me a generic haircut. I do not recommend her services, especially considering her outdated appearance with dark and "blond" streaks.
I recently had a haircut and requested wispy bangs, showing the stylist reference photos. However, he insisted on adding layers to achieve the look, despite my preference for no layers. The end result was short, uneven, and damaged hair due to the harsh blow dryer he used without care. He lacked gentleness and even failed to use heat protectant, leaving my hair thin and dry. I was left feeling devastated by the outcome.
They provide excellent service... Additionally, if you prefer to use your own hair color, you can bring it in, and they will accommodate your request. I always bring my own color and have been pleased with the results. The staff members are among the best in the business.
