I would rate this experience as subpar if given the option. I was disappointed when the hairstylist didn't show up for my scheduled appointment. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, it was disheartening to learn that my child had to wait for all the walk-ins to be served first, only to continue waiting. After two hours of waiting, my child left without receiving a haircut. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and accommodation was evident. I will not be returning.
I absolutely adore this spot. The individuals who work there truly excel at their craft and provide top-notch service. The ambiance is inviting with a TV and music to keep you entertained while you wait - not to mention the banter between the staff and clients is always amusing. I always trust Edward with my hair, he never fails to impress. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
I arrived just a minute after my scheduled appointment due to parking issues, only to find out that my slot had been given away. Subsequently, I waited for an hour, only to be informed that the establishment was closing, leaving me without a haircut.
