Brenda is a very impolite and biased person! I will never return to this salon because of her behavior. She declined to assist the nail technician working on my nails and instructed her to inform me that she cannot do it! Even after I explained to her what I wanted and she assured me it could be done! What kind of nail salon refuses to support another technician? Poor service at its worst. Kim was very pleasant and apologetic for Brenda’s rude conduct. But I will not be back to this poorly managed establishment.
Lovely nails by Brenda and fantastic pedicures by Hollywood. I've been a regular for close to a year and they consistently deliver excellence.
Hollywood had me chuckling and made me feel welcome. Truly an unforgettable experience. I got my nails done in a different state. After a week, 2 broke and needed fixing. VIP Nails had an available slot so I went in with just a 5-minute wait. Hollywood did a fantastic job. Excited to get a full set. Glad I contacted them because I am sticking with them. 🩷🩷🩷
