Had a fantastic mani-pedi. Friendly staff and a calming environment.
Absolutely dreadful experience. Left with bleeding toes and polish smeared all over. Asked for a refund or a touch-up, but was told to come back later due to busyness. Returned as instructed, still had to wait, and the technician was confrontational and loud about the issue. Insisted on fixing it, but walked away when asked for someone else to redo it. Another female technician was kind and did a great job. Unfortunate that the male technician caused a scene. Felt embarrassed and will not return.
A loyal customer for years! The best service and a welcoming atmosphere. Always a relaxing experience!
