I experienced the most awful haircut ever. This is my third visit to this specific Great Clips branch, the previous two were satisfactory. The stylists followed my instructions precisely and worked quickly. However, this time, a new stylist, a man I had never seen before, completely ruined my hair! Uneven lines, bald patches, jagged cuts, uneven lengths on each side, a bowl cut at the back, and longer strands in the front. It took him over thirty minutes, which is 15 minutes longer than usual. I will never let him touch my hair again!
I avoided visiting this branch for a couple of months due to a previous bad haircut. Despite that, I decided to give it another chance and paid $18 for a haircut, only to end up with missed spots and a crooked cut. I am extremely disappointed and will never return to this location. I would rather pay more somewhere else for a haircut that should require minimal skill to execute properly.
