I am a frequent visitor to this salon and have always had positive experiences with the regular technicians. However, on my last visit, I encountered a male technician who provided subpar service for both my manicure and pedicure. He was rough and rushed, resulting in a mediocre manicure and a very poor pedicure. I would advise against allowing him to work on your nails, as his attitude made the experience uncomfortable and left me feeling dissatisfied.
I had an excellent experience at this nail salon. I arrived early and was promptly attended to. This was my second time visiting, and the individual who performed my pedicure was courteous and skilled. Additionally, the lady who did my no-chip manicure was incredibly friendly. Despite suggesting that a design would be better suited for longer nails, she managed to adapt it beautifully. Overall, I am very pleased with the service received.
The lack of cuticle cleanup, rushed service, and the discovery of hair underneath my no-chip manicure were disappointing. The overall quality was sloppy, and to make matters worse, they have recently increased their prices. I will be seeking a new salon for future nail services.
