Absolutely dreadful experience! I had been here once before and decided to give it another shot, but I left extremely dissatisfied. Despite the advertised price of $16.00 for a pedicure, I was charged $20.00 plus an additional $5.00 to remove my polish. The responsibility of pricing was left to a staff member who rushed through a 15-minute pedicure and manicure, neglecting to remove my existing clear polish or even file my nails. Upon voicing my concerns, Tammy (the owner) instructed her to rectify the situation, but she simply reapplied polish, resulting in a disaster. The lack of hygiene, poor attitudes, and reports of fungal infections make this establishment highly unsuitable. I strongly recommend seeking services elsewhere.
