Honestly, I arrived early today (11/23) and got a full set of acrylics. The individual who did my nails was incredibly KIND. I wish I could say the work was satisfactory. I feel embarrassed by my nails' appearance and plan to have them removed soon. It's unfortunate as I spent $60 on them. I didn't receive the service I paid for and am genuinely disappointed because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. If I'm honest. *edit* I contacted them about my nails causing discomfort, and they were very willing to assist. I wish I knew the name of my original technician. Unfortunately, I don't. If you notice your nails aren't as desired, ask for someone else. Nina was very kind and ensured I didn't experience further pain or soreness in my nails.
Took my son to get his nails done for a special event. He absolutely loved it. They were prompt in getting him in and did an excellent job.
Everyone at the salon is fantastic, but I adore Alex. I get all my nail services from them; I've had full sets, fills, natural gel manicures, and gel pedicures ❤️ They deliver exactly what I want and are very honest about what works and what doesn't. I am quite selective, and I never leave the salon disappointed!
