Honestly, I arrived early today (11/23) and got a full set of acrylics. The individual who did my nails was incredibly KIND. I wish I could say the work was satisfactory. I feel embarrassed by my nails' appearance and plan to have them removed soon. It's unfortunate as I spent $60 on them. I didn't receive the service I paid for and am genuinely disappointed because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. If I'm honest.
*edit* I contacted them about my nails causing discomfort, and they were very willing to assist. I wish I knew the name of my original technician. Unfortunately, I don't. If you notice your nails aren't as desired, ask for someone else. I've been to this nail salon multiple times, and while the service is usually good, there have been inconsistencies in the quality of work. During my last visit, I opted for dip nails with extensions and color. Unfortunately, a few nails got damaged within three days.
