I am extremely let down by the service, the treatment from certain employees, and the manager's quick push towards the priciest package, only to deceive you about the best beds and the included options. I intend to reach out to Corporate tomorrow morning. I am frustrated, incensed, and extremely dissatisfied. The contrast from my tanning experience this past weekend on Saturday and Sunday (4/10 & 4/11) compared to previous visits. I have not felt at ease, welcomed, or well-informed until this weekend!!!
I adore the women there, it feels like a second home, very well-versed in all the beds and they assist you in every possible way. I value them greatly.
