The haircut I received was the worst I've ever had. It was extremely uneven, much shorter than I requested, and lacked any sense of style. It was so upsetting that I ended up in tears. When I tried to ask questions during previous visits, I was often met with indifference. Eventually, I had to request a refund, which the management handled very professionally, though I felt quite embarrassed.
The wait time upon arrival was short, which was a plus. I visited the salon located between the Starbucks and the spectrum. However, upon returning home, I noticed that several strands were left significantly longer than the rest, prompting me to trim them myself. Additionally, the stylist appeared to be unwell, which I empathize with as I have also worked while feeling under the weather. Now, I find myself coming down with something as well.
I approached the entrance, ready to enter, but the door was already locked. Understandably, the staff may want to head home, but it's important to stick to the scheduled closing time. My previous experience left me with an uneven haircut, and the stylist seemed disinterested and made me feel unwelcome. Despite encountering some genuinely kind employees, my overall impression was very disappointing.
