The haircut I received was the worst I've ever had. It was extremely uneven, much shorter than I requested, and lacked any sense of style. It was so upsetting that I ended up in tears. When I tried to ask questions during previous visits, I was often met with indifference. Impressive bargains! Ashley, the associate, exhibits remarkable proficiency in product knowledge and salesmanship. Unfortunately, shortly after my purchase, the poorly designed case led to the glass tip falling and breaking. Despite the lack of replacement tips, we decided to acquire another kit to have two collectors with one glass tip. I advise against visiting Heather. When I had my hair highlighted a year ago, I encountered what seemed like a typical appointment. However, she appeared disorganized, stained my sweatshirt with bleach, and neglected to style my hair post-appointment. Recently, I opted for a different colorist and received a more professional service at a lower cost.
