Not quite what I desired. This is the second time I have visited this nail salon. The first time I was satisfied, the second time not so much. I had a different technician this time and was not happy. My nails resemble Christmas decorations. They resemble candy canes. I had requested wavy red patterns with a natural hue. These were my reference images. Unsure if I will return.
Visited for my birthday set and requested white tips, yet all the tips are uneven in length. My rhinestones are also off-center. Additionally, there was white paint left on the inside of the nails. The technician was impolite from the start. Unsure why. I felt hesitant to even address the issues as he was in a hurry. He became irritated when I selected the stickers I wanted and claimed I was being too demanding. He accidentally cut my thumb and when he attempted to file it, I flinched due to the pain, which upset him. I felt incredibly uneasy throughout. He mentioned he was the manager. This was a dreadful experience. I strongly advise against this establishment. It truly dampened my spirits. And I paid $70 for this.
Absolutely adore adore adore how my pedicure turned out. I’ve visited here a few times now and each time they never fail to impress. We arrived today, 3 of us on Mother’s Day, with no reservations and it was very busy but they seated us fairly quickly. They were very accommodating to our needs and ensured we were content with our polish before completion. This will certainly be my preferred spot moving forward.
