Extremely disappointing customer service. They seem clueless about managing appointments. I called on Wednesday for a Saturday appointment at 4:30 pm, they confirmed, but upon arrival on Saturday, they claimed I wasn't on the list, despite it being 4:30 pm and closing at 5 pm. Additionally, the pricing was exorbitant, charging $15 for each curl. I brought my sons, aged 4 and 6. The younger one was quite fidgety. The hairdresser who tended to him displayed great patience and kept praising his efforts. He later told me he adored his new haircut! My older son was also thrilled with his style.
