Extremely disappointing customer service. They seem clueless about managing appointments. I called on Wednesday for a Saturday appointment at 4:30 pm, they confirmed, but upon arrival on Saturday, they claimed I wasn't on the list, despite it being 4:30 pm and closing at 5 pm. Additionally, the pricing was exorbitant, charging $15 for each curl. Unacceptable.
The woman with vibrant orange hair today exudes a negative aura, my one-year-old nephew needed a trim and she did it with such forcefulness that I almost declined. The only reason I stayed was due to lack of alternatives. I understand that everyone has bad days, but it shouldn't be projected onto customers, especially not a baby. Wishing her a better day ahead.
Visited after many years and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Karina gave me a fantastic haircut - she was friendly, skilled, and made me feel at ease. I usually get anxious about haircuts, but she made the process enjoyable. Left the salon feeling extremely satisfied with my new look! Excited to return next time :) Rating: 10/10
