The salon's standards are deplorable. The technician who attended to me had visible wounds on their hands and did not wear gloves. Their aggressive approach led to multiple cuts on my skin, and they attempted to rectify their mistakes by poking at my nails. The end result was a set of nails that were uneven, misshapen, and of varying lengths. Even my daughter's nails, which were done by the same technician, turned out thick and uneven, far from what she had requested. When I requested corrections, I was met with hostility and disdain. Leaving the salon, I felt not only let down but also financially exploited.
