The salon's standards are deplorable. The technician who attended to me had visible wounds on their hands and did not wear gloves. Their aggressive approach led to multiple cuts on my skin, and they attempted to rectify their mistakes by poking at my nails. The end result was a set of nails that were uneven, misshapen, and of varying lengths. Even my daughter's nails, which were done by the same technician, turned out thick and uneven, far from what she had requested. When I requested corrections, I was met with hostility and disdain. Leaving the salon, I felt not only let down but also financially exploited. If possible, I would rate this establishment a zero.
My spouse and I, hailing from Colorado, experienced incredibly poor treatment from the technician here. The individual who tended to my wife's nails displayed rudeness and a lack of flexibility. The quality of the service was subpar, and the overall customer experience was unacceptable. While we typically tip generously, the service we received warranted a meager $1.16 tip as a form of feedback. It is our belief that when individuals perform poorly, the most impactful response is reflected in their earnings. Conversely, when a job is well done, compensation should mirror the effort put forth.
The technician I had on my initial visit was named Alex, and he did a satisfactory job. On my second visit, I was attended to by the individual in a suit with hair parted to the right. The first warning sign was their failure to wash their hands after working on the previous client. Additionally, they accidentally cut the skin on my pinky and attributed it to the adhesive. Their technique was rough, and they disregarded my preferences entirely. As a result, my nails appeared misaligned, uneven, and bumpy. Upon checkout, the price was initially quoted as $56, but then suddenly changed to $65. They even inquired about adding a tip, which I reluctantly agreed to. Despite my minimalistic preferences, the technician's lack of care made me feel disheartened. It's akin to receiving a botched haircut, but in this case, it affected my self-care routine. The lack of regard for customers' satisfaction is appalling. I have no intention of returning to this establishment, as their practices are unsanitary and unprofessional. I sincerely hope that the cut on my pinky does not lead to an infection. Unfortunately, the green chrome nails I desired were not achieved, but I suppose it's a lesson learned.
