The manicure itself was well-executed, but the manicurist displayed rudeness and was overly demanding. Additionally, the pricing was too high.
The service was awful. It was my first visit to this establishment, and I will not be returning. 1. The individuals were impolite 2. The employees were loud and lacked focus on their tasks, rushing through them poorly. 3. They had poor communication skills and did not allow clients to express their preferences. 4. There was a lack of interaction with clients, they did not guide you on how to position your hands or feet and would forcefully move them. 5. The prices were high for the quality of work provided. Moreover, after reading recent reviews, it seems they do not even apologize to customers who had negative experiences there. Unprofessional.
The staff at Sparkling Nails is fantastic. They accommodate both scheduled appointments and walk-ins. My partner and I have been loyal customers for years and we are both extremely satisfied with the service ❤️❤️
