I had a gel x set that cracked and folded within 2 days. The replacement charge was unexpected, and the nail technician seemed impatient. Despite being a regular customer for months, my inquiries about the lack of nail soaking were dismissed with claims that the drill bit was meant for natural nails. Upon removal at a different salon, the damage became evident - my natural nails had been drilled into, leaving visible marks and ridges. Now, my nails are fragile and some have even broken in half.
Avoid this place for nail services. I had a gel pedicure done just 4 days ago and was charged an extra $20 for French tips, which is double the usual rate I've paid elsewhere. The process took a lengthy 2 hours, and to my dismay, the gel has already chipped. This premature chipping is unacceptable for gel polish. I will not return and will opt for reputable nail salons in the future.
Jaylee provided an exceptional service! She tailored the lash lengths to my liking, creating a personalized look. The experience was truly relaxing. I highly recommend her services and will definitely return.
