This salon doesn't seem to treat people of Asian descent well. When I tried to book a waxing appointment, they asked me to come back in 30 minutes even though they had just opened and there were plenty of employees available. It felt like they just didn't want to do my eyebrows, which is disappointing.
I absolutely adore Sam! He understands the nail style I prefer, but always encourages me to speak up if I want any changes. He works efficiently and I've tried numerous nail salons before finding this gem. This is now my go-to place.
I came here for a much needed pedicure while visiting from out of state! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and my experience at the salon was great. However, I was disappointed when three of my gel nails peeled off just four days later. Not sure what went wrong, but it was definitely a letdown.
