Upon removal at a different salon, the damage became evident - my natural nails had been drilled into, leaving visible marks and ridges. The nail technician had visible dandruff on her shoulders. While the nail service was adequate, the technician occasionally cut my skin too harshly, causing pain. After pointing out missed spots in my nail color, the technician used her own nail aggressively, causing injury and discomfort. Subsequently, she excessively pulled on cuticles, leading to bleeding and ongoing pain. This morning, I discovered pus in the affected area.
