Being from another city, I spontaneously decided to get my nails done here! I called and arranging a same-day appointment was extremely easy, and I didn't have to wait long! All the staff members were very kind and welcoming, and the complimentary Matcha latte was delightful. My nail technician was very gentle and did an excellent job. I adore how my nails turned out! Ample parking and call ahead to book an appointment.
They have separate sections between the front desk and massage room like elsewhere. There were no noise and was peaceful during my section which I appreciated since others place you can hear staff talking from the kitchen. This is the proprietor of this establishment, she's an embarrassment to the Little Italy community. I paid in cash for my service because apparently she only accepts cash. When I was finished and leaving, she insisted on me tipping them. I informed her that I had no more cash. She said she accepts credit cards all of a sudden when there's a sign that says cash only. I told her I would go to my car to get my debit card and I would return. This woman followed me, my spouse, and my infant to my car. When I saw her, I asked her why she was following. She demanded her tip money. I told her that since she followed me and didn't wait for me to return, I have no obligation to give her a tip. She became upset and started yelling at me while I was holding my baby. The other two customers who were there were also harassed by her two female employees, who were pressuring them to give a $15 tip. They wouldn't accept anything less. Unbelievable. I discovered them originally via LivingSocial, and it was a decent massage. I returned a couple more times, then ceased going as I found a superior location nearer to my residence. The quality varies depending on the masseur providing a standard massage.
There is ample parking in the area, either free or paid, and easy to locate; just need to be a bit attentive. The surroundings may seem a bit intimidating, but it's manageable, nothing overly alarming.About

Visited this place for a sprained ankle and the therapists were quite well-informed. Their streamlined processes involved working with a senior therapist first and then doing exercises with a junior one. Scheduling was a breeze.

Terrible service! I specifically requested natural-looking eyebrows with just a tint, which was supposed to cost $20. I asked the stylist not to thin out my brows, but she did exactly that! Despite my explanation that I didn't need threading and didn't want to lose any of my few brow hairs, she went ahead and removed 1/3 of my brows. On top of that, she used a fake-looking tint that made my brows look worse than when I arrived. I ended up paying $33 for a service I didn't ask for, and my brows were ruined. When I asked for a correction, she did nothing. The owner was just as unhelpful and rude. Although I typically do not leave reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience. Upon entering, I noticed the salon's cleanliness was lacking, with stained pillows and towels. The nail technician had visible dandruff on her shoulders. While the nail service was adequate, the technician occasionally cut my skin too harshly, causing pain. After pointing out missed spots in my nail color, the technician used her own nail aggressively, causing injury and discomfort. Subsequently, she excessively pulled on cuticles, leading to bleeding and ongoing pain. This morning, I discovered pus in the affected area.
