Terrible service! I specifically requested natural-looking eyebrows with just a tint, which was supposed to cost $20. I asked the stylist not to thin out my brows, but she did exactly that! Despite my explanation that I didn't need threading and didn't want to lose any of my few brow hairs, she went ahead and removed 1/3 of my brows. On top of that, she used a fake-looking tint that made my brows look worse than when I arrived. I ended up paying $33 for a service I didn't ask for, and my brows were ruined. When I asked for a correction, she did nothing. The owner was just as unhelpful and rude. Avoid this salon if you don't want to end up looking like a clown.
I've been a loyal customer here for nearly 6 years. I always appreciated the quality of service and how my brows turned out. Now, I absolutely adore the results. Arpi is truly a gem, taking her time to perfect your brows. She carefully assesses them and ensures they look clean and natural, tailored to your preferences. Everyone I've recommended to her has left extremely satisfied. I will continue to trust her expertise; she is a true delight.
I called ahead before arriving as a walk-in at 6:30 pm on Tuesday to confirm they would be open until 7 pm. I was informed that the last appointment would be at 6:45 pm, which was understandable. Despite living nearby and arriving at 6:40 pm, I was told they were closing. I mentioned that I had called and was assured they would accommodate me, but the receptionist still declined. Rather than argue, I left. It was frustrating and unprofessional for them to provide conflicting information over the phone and in person, wasting my time.
