If I could give negative ratings, I would! I usually get my nails done by the only female nail technician. This time, I made my usual appointment but got attended by a new male nail technician. I wanted an ombre nail design, but he had no idea how to do it and practiced on other nails first. He seemed frustrated, so I asked for a simple French tip instead. Unfortunately, it was a terrible job, even after multiple requests for fixes. I won't be returning again!
I've returned for the second time after a year, as I rarely get my nails done. This visit was for Mother's Day, although it's a late post. Overall, I was absolutely delighted with the results. During my visit, a lady before me seemed unhappy with her nails, paid, and left in a hurry. In contrast, the nail technician's performance with me was amazing, along with her customer service. Often, customers bring in photos from social media expecting exact replicas, which can be unrealistic. Nail technicians are not superhuman copy machines. While they accept walk-ins, I recommend making an appointment to avoid disappointment if there are already several walk-ins ahead of you. I'll definitely be returning soon!
